Overview:

Provides administrative and technical support relating to Employment, Employee Relations. Provides or creates reports/charts/graphs that support Human Resources leadership in effective decision making. Provides assistance to the facility Human Resource leadership in executing programs, initiatives and various human resources duties to meet system, regional and facility needs.

  • Compensation: $21.07 - $30.34 hourly wage based on experience and education
  • Additional Pay: Shift Differential, Annual Increases, Paid Time Off

    • Full-time, 40 hours per week, 5x8 hours day shifts
  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities: Assist in handling employee relations matters consistent with company policy guidelines Assist leadership with internal investigations/complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Serve as a liaison for resolving employee-related issues with payroll and benefits. Assist in administration of leaves of absence and coordinate with benefits liaison with third party administrator on escalated disability issues. Work with HR shared services, Benefits, Payroll and other centralized work teams to process and administer client requests on a daily basis.
  • Assist with the coordination and administration of the on-boarding and orientation programs. Participate in the employee lifecycle through recruitment, on-boarding, orientation, training, re-recruitment (retention) and off-boarding efforts.
  • Compile, prepare, maintain and analyze various reports/data for HR leadership. Assists leadership in organizational training and development sessions.
  • Orients facility personnel (management and employees) to Human Resources and/or Payroll systems, e.g. IT access, time clock process, and self-service. Provides specific one-on-one training as necessary. Serves as facility liaison for PR system technology projects; testing, enhancements and implementations.
  • Assist with program rollout (performance management, TMR, etc.). Provides specific one-on one training as necessary.

Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Foundation Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.

Qualifications:

Requires associate degree or equivalent education and/or experience in human resources. Knowledge and/or exposure to applicant tracking, benefits, recruiting or other areas of Human Resources required.

 


Ability to exercise good judgment and be sensitive to employee needs while balancing the goals of the company. Strong, verbal, written and analytical and interpersonal skills Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work independently, critical thinking skills.
