Healthcare Management Organization seeks a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be key in supporting HR functions, including recruitment, training, benefits administration, and project management. - Support and Maintain Company Culture
- Facilitate and Promote Company Benefits
- Training and Development
- Create a Safe Work Environment (minimizing risk & liability)
Examples of Responsibilities:
- Create new positions and update existing ones as appropriate.
- Implementing employee engagement and retention programs
- Coordinating company job fairs
- Organizing training schedule and coordination of all new hires
- Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
- Oversee benefits administration, marketing to employees and ensure compliance with policies
- Broker notification of new hires and terminations
- Assist in project management related to HR initiatives
- Handle administrative tasks within the HR department
Requirements:
- Experience with HR software
- Proficiency in social media management for HR purposes
- Strong skills in training development and implementation
- Ability to conduct effective interviews for hiring purposes
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes
- Project management skills within an HR setting
- Excellent administrative capabilities for HR documentation

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $31.41 - $33.12 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human resources: 3 years (Required)
- Benefits administration: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Pleasanton, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
