About the Role:
Are you ready to be a crucial player in our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, contributing to the recruitment journey and ensuring outstanding candidate experience? If you are passionate about creating seamless processes, coordinating interviews, and crafting offer letters, we want you on our team!_
Your Contribution (include, but are not limited to):Create and coordinate a positive candidate experience from application process to onboarding
Work closely with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and Human Resources Business Partners to facilitate a seamless job requisition process. This includes obtaining approvals, managing postings, and coordinating various recruitment activities
Coordinate phone screens, webinars, on-site/virtual interviews
Responsible for scheduling candidate travel, and expense reporting
Oversee employment and degree verifications, background, MVR checks, and reference checks. Collaborate with vendors when needed to ensure thorough processes
Maintain accurate records, process flows, and an exceptional candidate experience in the Application Tracking System (ATS)
Provide support for other talent acquisition efforts and serve as a backup for HR Associates/Coordinators
Generate and maintain TA reporting and metrics regularly to enhance recruitment strategies
Creatively generate candidate interest through job postings, social media, career fairs, university events, and industry tradeshows and conferences. Implement and uphold the company's employment brand
Participate in various talent acquisition activities, including resume reviews, phone screens, and reference checks
Complete other duties and projects as assigned
BA/BS with some related industry experience OR
High School Diploma / Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field and 2 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition or equivalent experience
Previous experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS') is preferred (Workday)
Previous experience utilizing SharePoint and Zoom platforms
Previous experience in a life science company is preferred
Exceptional ability to work under tight timelines, to deal with ambiguity and to effectively complete multiple tasks concurrently
Requires strong organizational, accuracy, detail-oriented, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially via email and on the phone
Must be highly proficient with MS Office suite including Outlook & Teams
Ability to build strong working relationships across multiple functions and with hiring managers

The hourly rate we reasonably expect to pay is $22.96-$33.28. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 15% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
