QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
· Education:
o Associate’s degree in a business-related field from an accredited institution OR
o Any equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities sufficient to successfully perform the job's essential duties.
· Three years of experience managing or overseeing projects or operational tasks in an office setting.
· Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word and Excel) and web browsers.
Preferred:
· Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from an accredited institution.
· Project management experience.
· Grant management experience.
· Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
· Proficient in Jenzabar.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position will report to the Director of Grants & Sponsored Programs for job responsibilities and other College related activities as outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual. Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Prepare official reports for funding agencies and external organizations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
· Approve and process requests for the AC Perks program and the Student Emergency Aid program in conjunction with the Office of Student Affairs;
· Supervise assigned small grants and sponsored programs programmatic and financial activities to determine alignment with applicable grant guidelines;
· Accurately process grant-related third-party purchase orders and invoices and other financial transactions for payment;
· Track grant equipment and supplies received to verify the accuracy of approved grant expenditures;
· Prepare monthly internal summary statements and reports for active grants;
· Prepare and monitor assigned grant program budgets;
· Maintain the grants equipment inventory report and oversee the completion of annual inventory verification reports with faculty;
· Approve and process grant-provided student scholarships and tuition payments in conjunction with the Student Services-Financial Aid department;
· Oversee budgets for restricted funds available for select programs in conjunction with the AC Foundation office;
· Perform file maintenance for short- and long-term electronic storage of grant-related documents; and
· Maintain a customer service environment within the Office Grants and Sponsored Programs.
CONTRACT & SALARY:
$21.21 per hour, in addition to excellent employee benefits. Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States must be verified for the successful candidate.
