Visiting Accounting Faculty
Assistant Professor
The AACSB-accredited Jack Welch College of Business & Technology at Sacred Heart University is accepting applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor faculty position in theAccounting and Information Systems Department for the 2024-2025 academic year, beginning August 2024. This faculty member will teach undergraduate and graduate courses primarily in Auditing, as well as Financial and Managerial Accounting. Please clearly list your teaching interests in your Application. The position will entail a 4/4 teaching load with courses potentially offered both day and evening, with the possibility of online and/or blended courses.
Requirements:
This position requires a doctorate in Accounting or a related field from an AACSB-accredited university (ABDs will be considered). The ideal candidate will have an excellent teaching record and significant relevant business experience.

SHU's Jack Welch College of Business & Technology (WCBT) is AACSB-accredited and enrolls some 2,000 students. It is housed on Sacred Heart University's West Campus, approximately one kilometer from main campus.
