Lincoln Land Community College is looking for qualified part-time instructors to assist in teaching a variety of different Medical Coding courses that are included in the Medical Coding Specialist program at our main campus in Springfield.
As Adjunct Faculty at LLCC, you will receive one paid absence per semester, free access to the LLCC Fitness Center (during available hours), a travel stipend if traveling over twenty miles to campus, and tuition wavier benefit for adjunct faculty and their dependents under the age of 22. Adjuncts with qualifying assignments will also participate in the State Universities Retirement System (SURS). To learn more about all adjunct benefits, please visit our website. Position Requirements
All applicants must be certified with 1 year of experience and familiar with current CPT and ICD editions. Strong computer knowledge and general working knowledge of medical field is preferred.
