Job Title: Human Resource Generalist

Reports to: Director of Human Resources

We’re looking for a Human Resource Generalist who shares this vision.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conducts full-cycle recruitment process
· Updates and maintains Angela Hospice job descriptions
· Handles all administrative tasks for onboarding and new hire orientation
· Participates in new hire orientation
· Attends and participates in job fairs and career events
· Researches, analyze, prepares and presents hiring statistics
· Assists in Applicant Tracking system set up and ongoing updates as needed
· Maintains employee records and personnel files
· Completes verification of employment for all active and terminated staff
· Performs data entry of payroll-related documentation
· Processes and ensures accurate bi-weekly payroll
· Assists in the benefits administration/open enrollment process
· Provides support and counseling to employees regarding various HR-related topics
· Assists with administrative tasks in the Human Resources Department
· Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
· Assists in the development and implementation of human resource policies
· Assists with Human Resource projects as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required
· 2-3 years of human resource experience preferred
· Non-profit, healthcare, and/or human services background desirable
· Detailed oriented and organized
· Strong problem-solving, reporting, and analytical skills
· Proficient computer knowledge and skill of Microsoft Office
· Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Ability to demonstrate ethical and professional conduct
· Excellent cultural awareness
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
