Job Description
This position is responsible to provide administrative assistance and support to the Vice President/Enrollment Management; and coordinate the general functions of the office.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSJOB SPECIFIC
    • Assist with marketing analysis of enrollment management programs.
    • Assist in the tracking of compliance initiatives.
    • Assist with and coordinate travel arrangements, paperwork, and processing for division staff and students.
    • Assist and support commencement activities and planning.
    • Annually update the student handbook and assist with other compliance documents.

 

 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSTANDARD TO THE ROLE
  • Assist Vice President with work flow including scheduling of appointments and meetings, maintaining calendars, handling of correspondence/mail, and preparation of documents and reports. Provide accurate communications regarding daily activities and status of work assignments.
  • Schedule and prepare meeting documents. Attend and record minutes/notes of meetings as required.
  • Accurately prepare and process correspondence, documents, forms, and reports.
  • Maintain an efficient, organized filing system.
  • Review budget line items to identify discrepancies and to ensure funding is available and recommend fund transfers as appropriate. Complete purchase requisitions and reconciliation of the credit card.
  • Provide general office support and assistance to visitors, faculty, staff and students. Expedite matters requiring attention to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with the coordination of professional development activities and departmental events.
  • Perform job duties in accordance with College policies and procedures; and bargaining unit agreements as applicable
 
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Participate in departmental meetings, various committees and professional organizations as required.
  • Advocate for the College and Educational Foundation at community events and in community organizations.
  • Perform additional grade level duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING
  • Associate Degree in a related field required.
  • Two years of work-related experience required.
  • Prior work performance must have met or exceeded appropriate work standards in current and prior positions.

Salary $17.67/hour
Schedule Days/Hours Monday - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Tuesday - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Wednesday - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Thursday - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Friday - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Hybrid Schedule Available - Will Be Determined
