- New hires are placed on our starting wage scale of $93,995 to $116,100 per year
- Based on performance, there is room to grow on our full wage scale of $93,995 to $138,190 per year
Work Schedule:
- Full time, 40+ hours per week
- Monday-Friday

With clinics located in Bellingham & Ferndale, we offer comprehensive primary medical, behavioral health and dental care, as well as pharmacy services to a diverse and often underserved patient population of all ages. Job Summary
As our Human Resources Manager, you would be responsible for managing the HR functions of the organization including:
- Oversight of the HR systems
- Leading management consultation and employee relations
- Managing recruiting and onboarding
- Managing employee benefits, including health, welfare and retirement programs
- Assisting with compensation and performance appraisal programs
- Managing the HR staff

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, experience and skills in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Understanding of theory and development of Human Resources procedures and practices
- Basic and/or advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms and Outlook
- Keyboarding speed of 55 wpm and data entry skills with accuracy being essential
- Ability to learn, use and/or become a super user in HRIS system, learning management systems, and incident tracking software.
- Effective skills in communication, training and conflict resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
