- Sourcing candidates via various databases
- Perform initial screening of potential candidates (mostly manufacturing roles)
- Make outbound calls, social media postings, and send emails to potential candidates
- Work with hiring managers and teams to make sure job requirements are clearly understood
- Help with other HR functions as needed
- 6 month contract to hire
- Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Expected start date: 4/22/2024
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be comfortable on the phones - inbound and outbound
- Must have solid written communication
